Service Requirements

• Auto-Pay via Credit Card and 12-Month Contract Required

• Subscriber’s computer must be free of spyware viruses or other problems which will affect access to the internet--it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a clean computer for access to our service.

• A router will be required for your connection. As a courtesy, our installation technician will program your router and set-up your email accounts during installation.
